My stay at Centrovital Hotel Berlin had its ups and downs. The spa and fitness facilities were fantastic and truly enjoyable, but I faced issues with the breakfast service, which was chaotic at times. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I felt the overall dining experience could have been better organized.
Rooms
6.0
The room was clean and spacious, although a bit on the small side with no air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during the hot weather. It was well-furnished, which added to the experience, but the noise from outside was disruptive at times.
Service
5.0
While the staff at the reception and housekeeping were friendly, the service during breakfast was lacking. There were insufficient seats, and I had to wait too long before my requests were addressed. This tarnished my impression of the service overall.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located in Spandau, which offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It was quiet inside the hotel, allowing for relaxation despite being near main roads and public transport.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast buffet sufficient in terms of variety, but it felt overcrowded during peak hours, and the food often ran out. Having to eat at the pool bar was not ideal, especially given the uncomfortable heat.
Facilities

The spa and fitness areas were impressive, especially the pool which was perfect for swimming. The variety of saunas was a great feature, and I appreciated the well-equipped gym, adding more value to my stay.

I had a mixed experience at Centrovital Hotel in Berlin. While the spa and fitness facilities were fantastic, and I enjoyed the vast breakfast selection, my stay was marred by noisy rooms and service issues during peak breakfast hours. The lack of air conditioning during warmer weather was also a downside for me.
Rooms
5.0
My room was surprisingly small, and the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially with thin walls. I could hear a dog barking several rooms away, which made it hard to relax.
Service
6.0
Though most staff were friendly, I encountered inefficiencies, especially during breakfast where the service was chaotic, and sometimes I felt ignored. It was frustrating to be redirected to another dining area due to insufficient seating.

The hotel is a bit far from central attractions, but it does offer good access to public transport for exploring Berlin. I appreciated the quiet environment, which was great for relaxation.

The breakfast buffet was quite varied and delicious, but it lacked ample seating and was often overcrowded. The experience of dining in the bar area felt cramped and was less than ideal.

I had a pleasant week-long stay at the Centrovital Hotel Berlin. The excellent spa and fitness facilities, including a lovely pool that was just the right temperature, really enhanced my experience. However, I did find the lack of air conditioning in the rooms a bit uncomfortable during the warmer weather, which is something to keep in mind.
Rooms

My room was clean, modern, and spacious enough, but it felt a tad clinical. While the amenities were functional and the choice of pillows was impressive, I could have used a bit more warmth in the decor.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially those at reception. However, I noticed that some of the younger employees seemed to be in training, resulting in a few minor hiccups in service.

The hotel's location was convenient for me, as it offered a peaceful environment away from the hustle of downtown Berlin. It was also easy to access public transport, making it simple to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility of Spandau.

I truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a rich variety and fresh options, including made-to-order omelettes. However, I felt that the restaurant could improve its service speed during dinner, as I experienced a long wait for my meal.

The spa and gym facilities were impressive, with ample space and variety. I particularly loved the sauna options, making it a great place to unwind and relax after a day out.
